Let’s take a look at what the typical onboarding process looks like for one of our clients. Our goal is to help you build a stronger and more profitable business that will enable you to attain those things which matter most.
Once onboarded our clients have Monthly CFO Calls where we consistently look at: what has already happened in the business (financial reporting), what we predict will happen in the future (forecasting & analysis), what we want to happen (budget & goal setting), and how together we can make it become reality (strategizing).
Client Kickoff Call
During this first meeting we’ll gather the data access points we need to
start building out your financial model.
Review of Financials
We’ll review your past financials inside of the financial model and check for
any errors or adjustments that need to be made.
Statement of Operational Efficiency
We’ll start building and analyzing how your marketing and advertising
directly impacts your top line revenue. We’ll also take a look at the health
of your cash position, A/R, A/P, Inventory Turnover, etc.
Forecasting Session
We’ll work together to forecast the expenses of the business. Looking at past trends combined with your insights along with what the data reveals, we’ll be able to generate a forecast that makes sense.
Dynamic Forecasting
By this point in the process our goal is to have the financial model built to
a point where we can dynamically forecast your revenue and cost of goods sold whether the business grows or shrinks its sales revenue.
Budget, Reporting, & Beyond
Once your financial model is built we’ll continue to refine, adjust, and
provide you with expert guidance and direction. Monthly reporting, risk
analysis & mitigation, and building out the Stakeholder Quality Index are
all pieces of the puzzle.
